Nick Northwood, James Benson,
and Sean Recce attended the FCCLA
State Leadership Conference and Competitions on April 5, 2006
Nick Northwood (senior) competed in the Edible Centerpiece
category and his showpiece was a Chocolate Fantasy. The entire
piece is made from chocolate.
James Benson (senior) won a gold medal and a $3,000 second place
scholarship to Johnson and Wales University. He competed in the Bread
category and made an Australian Vegetable Bread with a Twist.
Sean Reece (junior) competed in the Pie category and won a Silver
Medal.
