The Mount Pleasant High School
art department
contributed murals for the Meals on Wheels "Evening with the Masters"
event on April 20, 2007. Six of our large murals were auctioned off for the charity.
Our school
raised a total of $1,250 for this well deserving organization.
Bids as high as $350 were made towards the works.
Two of our works of art were purchased by Tatianna and Gerret Copeland (DuPont). One
piece was also
purchased by the director of the Delaware Art Museum.
