This is a hot topic. We know of many people that have been severely mistreated by Brandywine School District administration. There have been numerous lawsuits filed against the district for their alleged misconduct.
Nice comment, especially the truth that teachers do the primary job... that's dealing directly with the students. The administrators should be there to help and encourage the teachers to do their jobs, not bully and demotivate them.
Nothing says Halloween like an upcoming referendum. Here are quick links to the TEACHER SALARIES and MAINTENANCE SALARIES. Just a note of perspective regarding teacher salaries, they work about ten months each year (summers off, winter and spring breaks off). Maintenance crews work all twelve months.
